Connectivity

One API between your fleet and the market

Interfaces built to OpenTravel Alliance standards connect you to brokers, car-sharing platforms, agents and partners. Availability and rates flow out; reservations, updates and cancellations flow in.

Selling through brokers used to mean re-keying: a booking arrives by email, someone types it into the system, and a cancellation three days later starts the same dance again. The API removes the typing. Once a channel is connected, its reservations, amendments and cancellations post straight to your fleet chart, stamped with the right agent and commission.

The interfaces speak both SOAP and REST, following OpenTravel Alliance standards, which is why the connected list reads like the industry directory: Booking.com, Expedia, Rentalcars.com, Cartrawler, Skyscanner, Carnect, Ctrip, Discovercars, DoYouSpain, Economy Bookings, Carjet, BSP Autos and Booking Group among the brokers, with franchise links to Sixt International (Cobra), Budget International (Maestro) and Global International (Karve).

Beyond distribution, the same connectivity reaches your other systems: Google Maps, Clickatell SMS, 365id and Acuant licence processing, SAP accounting and Tajeer (the KSA Transport Authority), plus a documented generic XML accounting interface that any accounting package can call.

What flows through the connection

Availability & rates out

Real-time availability and rates for any period, per location, vehicle group and equipment item.

Reservations in

Bookings, updates and cancellations from every connected channel post automatically to the fleet chart.

Deals showcased

Special offers are exposed to connected platforms so brokers can sell what you want to move.

Commissions tracked

Every broker booking carries its agent, so commission tracking and agent goals in the back office stay accurate.

Common questions

Which standards does the API follow?

The interfaces are built to OpenTravel Alliance (OTA) standards and are available over both SOAP and REST.

Is API access an extra module?

No. The APIs are included in every plan, like the rest of the system. Connecting a broker requires your own commercial agreement with that broker; the technical connection is our side.

Can we connect our own or third-party systems?

Yes. The interfaces are documented for your integrators, and a generic XML accounting interface lets any accounting package pull its data from the system.
