Live integration

Connect your fleet to Booking.com

A live, OTA-standard connection between Carhire Manager Web and Booking.com. Your availability and rates go out in real time; reservations, amendments and cancellations come back into the back office on their own.

Booking.com is one of the world's largest travel platforms, and its car rental listings put your vehicles in front of travellers who are already planning a trip. For an independent rental company, that reach is hard to match with any amount of local marketing. The catch has always been the administration that comes with it.

The integration removes that administration. Carhire Manager Web feeds Booking.com your live availability and rates per location and vehicle group, and every booking made there lands on your fleet chart automatically, with the agent and commission recorded. When a traveller amends or cancels, the reservation in your system follows suit. Rates for the channel are managed like any other agent's: in the back office, with Excel import and export when you want to work in bulk.

What the connection carries

Availability & rates out

Real-time availability and rates for any period, per location, vehicle group and equipment item.

Reservations in

New bookings post automatically to your fleet chart, stamped with the right agent and rate.

Amendments & cancellations

Changes made on the platform update the reservation in your system; nothing is re-keyed.

Commission tracked

Each booking carries its agent, so commission tracking and revenue analysis stay accurate.
