Franchise integration

Your Budget franchise, without double entry

The integration with Budget International's Maestro system brings network reservations into your back office and sends the franchisor's data back, while your local operation runs on the full suite.

A Budget franchisee lives in two systems by default: Maestro for the corporate network, and whatever runs the local business. Every booking that crosses between them by hand is a chance for the two to disagree — and at month end, they usually do.

Connecting Carhire Manager Web to Maestro closes that gap. Reservations from the Budget network post to your fleet chart automatically, corporate reporting flows back through the link, and your own rentals, rates, invoicing and reports live in the same back office. One set of vehicles, one version of the truth, on a system proven with franchise operations across the Sixt, Budget and Global networks.

What is Maestro?

Maestro is Budget International's central system. The integration connects your Carhire Manager Web installation to it for network reservations and franchisor reporting.

Can other franchise networks connect too?

Yes. Alongside Budget (Maestro), the system has franchise integrations with Sixt International (Cobra) and Global International (Karve).

Do franchise bookings look different in the back office?

No. They arrive on the fleet chart like any reservation and flow through allocation, invoicing and reporting the same way.
